Vinification
Each of the four varieties were separately harvested and wild-fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending and full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on lees for 12 months before being bottled unfiltered and unfined.

"Light clear ruby. Bright, candied fruit (glacé cherry, pomegranate, cranberry) with a welcome layer of herbal leafiness. Direct and accessible. The palate enters with high, zingy acidity, just the lightest dusting of crunchy tannin and a savoury/sour lightweight finish which is crisp and quite refreshing. A chilled-red style with immediate drinkability and brightness of fruit yet it hides savoury complexity in the core which gives it just that bit more than a simple varietal example. Definitely needs chilling. Drink 2024-2026"
