A bespoke chilled red blend made exclusively for the Meadowlark x Bodega collaboration by Dan Gillett from Everyday Wine.

 Charmed is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Pinot Noir. Separately hand harvested from three certified organic and sustainable vineyards in Marlborough, each variety was vinified separately. Each variety was wild fermented and matured in a combination of stainless steel tank and aged French oak barrels, before being blended in tank. Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with minimal sulphites added.

Appearance: Bright ruby red in the glass. Luminous.

Aroma: Vibrant aromas of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry. Herbal notes of black tea, amaro and pomegranate and stonefruit highlights of white peach and apricot too.

Palate: Juicy, red fruited and invigorating. The palate is plush and of medium weight. The tannins are light and fine. The texture is sleek and energetic, perfect for serving chilled.

Finish: Clean and crisp, the finish is long and salivating. 

Serving suggestion: Serve chilled like a rosé.
